Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to every corner of South Africa — Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein and beyond. Free delivery on all orders over R1,800.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders over R1,800. A flat delivery fee applies to orders under R1,800.

Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

100%. Every product at ZARYARD is authentic. We do not sell replicas, fakes, or unauthorised goods. If you ever have a concern about a product you received, contact us immediately.

How do I know my sneakers are real?

We source all products carefully and stand behind every item we sell. Every pair comes in original packaging with original accessories. If something doesn't look right, reach out — we'll make it right.

Can I return a product?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT. All payments are secured and encrypted.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your parcel in real time.
