We partner with The Courier Guy — one of South Africa's most trusted courier networks — to get your sneakers delivered safely and on time, anywhere in South Africa.
How We Ship Your Order
Once your order is placed and confirmed, we personally drop off your parcel at our nearest Courier Guy Kiosk. Every parcel is booked in by staff at the Kiosk, weighed, processed, and handed a tracking number — so your order is in good hands from the moment it leaves us.
You'll receive your tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your parcel has been booked in, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Processing Time
Before we can ship, we need to prepare your order. Please allow 1 business day for us to pack and drop off your parcel after your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer two delivery speeds at checkout. Delivery times start from the day your parcel is dropped off at the Kiosk.

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Deliveries to regional or outlying areas may take 1–2 additional business days on top of the above times.
Where We Deliver
We deliver to all areas across South Africa, from major cities to small towns and everything in between.
Major centres (fastest delivery): Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, East London, George, Bloemfontein
Regional & outlying areas: All other towns, suburbs, and rural areas — delivery takes slightly longer. Please allow the extra 1–2 business days on top of your chosen service timeframe.
Remote locations: Deliveries to farms, plots, mines, game lodges, military bases, or other hard-to-reach areas may carry an additional surcharge and require special arrangements. You'll be notified if this applies to your delivery address.
Delivery Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service. Our parcels are small and light (standard sneaker box, approx. 1.2 kg), so shipping costs are kept as low as possible.
Weekend & public holiday delivery carries an additional surcharge and is available to main centres only.
All shipping prices shown at checkout exclude VAT. VAT (15%) will be added at the final checkout step.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is booked in at the Kiosk, you'll receive a waybill/tracking number. Use it to track your delivery in real time:

Delivery: What to Expect
The Courier Guy will deliver to your door. Make sure someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours. Here's what happens:
- The driver will contact the recipient before or during delivery.
- A one-time PIN (OTP) may be sent to the recipient via SMS or email to confirm delivery — this replaces a physical signature and is a secure proof of delivery.
- If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the driver will make contact to arrange an alternative.
What We Cannot Ship
For safety and legal reasons, The Courier Guy does not accept the following — so please note these cannot be included in any order:
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Explosives or ammunition
- Cash, precious metals, or jewellery
- Perishable food
- Animals or plants
- Illegal substances
Our sneakers are standard retail goods and have no restrictions.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order securely. However, if something goes wrong:
- Contact us within 48 hours of your expected delivery date with your order number and waybill number.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email us before opening or using the item.
- We will liaise with The Courier Guy on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted by the courier.
