At Zaryard, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original condition
- Be unworn and unused
- Include the original sneaker box, packaging, tags, and accessories
- Show no signs of wear, damage, creasing, stains, or use
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sneakers that have been worn or used
- Items with damaged or missing packaging
- Products damaged by the customer
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective)
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The return was approved due to an error on our part
We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
