At Zaryard, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is in its original condition.
- The item has not been worn, used, or damaged.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, including the shoe box and any accessories provided.
- All tags, labels, and protective packaging remain intact.
Sneakers
To qualify for a refund or exchange, sneakers must be:
- Unworn and unused.
- Free from any signs of wear, dirt, creasing, scuff marks, odors, or damage.
- Returned in their original box and packaging.
Any sneakers that have been worn, used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene, quality control, and resale purposes, we reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Sneakers that show signs of wear or use.
- Products returned after the 7-day return period.
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
