All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Overnight Delivery (Express)

We offer an Overnight Delivery service to most major cities within South Africa for an additional fee.

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos where applicable. Our team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
